Those with police reports, please EMAIL the following details to witc.victims [at] gmail [dot] com for consolidation. KINDLY ATTACHED A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR POLICE REPORT FOR VERIFICATION. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
Details required (PLEASE EMAIL IN THIS FORMAT) :
1. Your Name In Full
2. Police Report No. (found on top right hand corner)
3. Branch-In-Charge of Case (found at bottom left corner)
4. Name of Officer-In-Charge of Case (found at bottom left corner)
5. Your balance amount (unused balance)Those who have yet to file your reports with the police, we urge you to
do so as soon as possible. The police needs to know your case,
REGARDLESS WHETHER IT’S DEEMED AS CIVIL OR CRIMINAL. This is IN ADDITION
to filing your claims at Small Claims Tribunal (SCT). We need to unite
our efforts in bringing those responsible for our plight to justice.

3. List down UOB cards you hold. (i.e. UOB Ladies card, UOB Privi card)
Note: Please DO NOT give me your card numbers, I do not need them.I will write a letter to the cards department (or higher authority if I can obtain their email) of our intentions and dissapointment at UOB’s lack of care for they loyal customers. The letter will list the details you have provided me, if they still do not show some action, we will proceed with our plan.
