It’s a new year, a new chapter for me. Doing my Masters, it’s something I’ve dreamnt of doing for the longest time, but I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly.

First day of school officially starts in 18 hours, I’m not even sure if I am prepared for this. I have to be. There’s no way I’m going back to being a administrative slave at the bottomest of the food chain. I hunger for knowledge, for power, for so much more. *sigh*

I was initially afraid that I don’t have many “student type”clothes, like bermudas, slippers, t-shirts, singlets. Basically things I would wear to the market. And since I don’t go to the market very often, I don’t have many “student type” clothing. Luckily, I met my new classmates at the orientation last week and most of them are older than me and are working adults. I guess I can stick to my heels and skirts after all!
