Shan't mention names but there are a few people who've been doing it. Their blogs are like a database of "news", mainly just link to other blogs. I think it would be better with some content instead of just a few words and a link. Worst still, one day they can have multiple postings and if the postings are of an R rated nature, they hog the "headlines". Hey, I feel the same way to.
