Sab suggested for me to digg my blog entries as the traffic from digg is much more than ping or nuffnang.
Not sure how true it is, so I dugg my latest entry on Singapore too poor for Aids medication and on socialized healthcare.
Will update again to see if digg really gives high traffic

It’s a social site so don’t forget to digg other stories you find interesting, not just your articles alone. Every social sites has their own community, thus if they find anyone submitting only their own stories and not engaging with others… they will only sees it as spamming.
These are just some of the little pointers. There’s lot more to it but you’ll find them on the net. It’s for the long shot so don’t be dishearten if you don’t see some traffic coming in near days or even weeks.
