Online game QA (Quality Assurance)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Review and test selected PC online game titles (usually MMOGs, massively multiplayer online games) to assist and support each localization project
- Check for the typos and simple graphic errors through game play
- Seldom, translate basic words or phrases
Requirements:
- Must be a native English speaker (good command of written, verbal English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong interest in and deep understanding of games and game play in general
- Highly motivated team-player with extensive PC online game experience (Hardcore online gamers are welcomed)
- Experiences in one or more PC online game localization project preferred
- PC online game GM (Game Manager) or game testing experiences preferred
- Knowledge or experiences in dealing with translation tools preferred

Sounds cool doesn’t it? Get paid to play games and spot errors! I’m sure the actual job isn’t as easy as it sounds… but it just sounds like a fun job for all gaming enthusiasts out there currently unemployed and looking for a funky job for fun
