Here’s why I believe no one cheated for the Ping.sg game.
Firstly, there aren’t any real monetary prizes involved. The winner gets a T-shirt and top 10 bloggers get an honorable mention.
Secondly, you don’t need to cheat to get alot of points for this game if you visit Ping.sg regularly and you’re an active member
Thirdly, it’s not worth the time and effort.
Forthly, we all loved the game and the community and there’s no point in cheating and winning this game unhonorably.
Fifthly, I spent about 30minutes getting 100+ points, and I would have gotten exponentially more points if I played on because I got a hang of the “patterns” to look out for. It’s not difficult at all!
Sixthly, you’re just a bastard that is deprived of a childhood and had parents and friends lie and cheated your feelings when you were young, hence you feel that the world is out to cheat you and anyone winning competitions are probably cheaters.
Seventhly, it’s no fun to cheat when you’re playing ANY game. Defeats the whole purpose of playing it in the first place.
Eighthly, I think you just want to stir up trouble and be notorious amongst the community for being a prick, because you feel that you have to behave like one to get some attention.
So, Bernard, I hope you’re happy getting all the attention you don’t deserve.
Independent Thoughts:
There are a lot of site dealing in electronics. You can get digital cameras as well as information on online dvd rental stores from the internet. For ringtones, there are thousands of free sites.
Bernard is like a sore loser who just can’t win because he has never spent enough time on Ping.sg to truly find any pattern. Even I who have not been actively reading can find some subtle patterns and recognize some of the posts that I have read before. The game was fun and it should stay this way. Let’s not let an asshole spoil our good memories of it.
Its not that hard to realise that any post with a (r) cowboy caleb is by cowboy caleb. or anything girl related is chioeves :p
But being a seasoned Pingster will definitely have the advantage as we can tell by the style of writing who it might possibly be.
I tried the game once and decided to be unkewl. Who’s Bernard? I feel lost…
I just can’t imagine anyone cheat to win… a t-shirt?? =X
