Buey tahan. I DON’T UNDERSTAND that why are some of my friends even agreeing with Xiaxue… that LaoZhaBor looks damn disgusting in swimming costume + “condoms balloons”.
WHY?
That poor old lady nothing to do, have some fun in her life by taking photo shoots and comedy clips with her friends and these people want to critisize LaoZhaBor for doing that.
The mentallity I gather from these much of people are:
1. Old people cannot have a sense of humour.
Aunty they don’t think that it’s funny when you film a funny clip of yourself showing the usage of condoms. Some of us thought it was amusing =\
2. Old people cannot wear swimming costumes since they have flabby arms.
Eh seriously, you think you’re going to be young forever? Imagine when you’re 30years old.. people come and tell you “Sorry hor, public swimming pool only allow under 30 years olds because other people in the swimming pool will find you disgusting”. WHAT NEXT?? A YELLOW BOX FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AND FAT PEOPLE? *thank god I’m not overweight - yet *
3. Old people have to “behave” in a certain way.
LZB want to post pictures of herself acting cute in neoprint you also got problems with that. I hope your grandparents act their age - solemn and sad and abandoned. Eh actually I kenna this before. That time the flame war where I called 2 sorelosers - “sorelosers” - People take my picture from one year ago and post everywhere and say I want to pose like supermodel when I’m not a supermodel. Goodness. Apparently non-supermodels have to pose in pictures in a non-supermodel way. Only supermodels are allowed to pose with their hips slightly tilted and legs stretched out……….. Old people should pose like dead people since one foot already in the coffin?
4. Claims that LarZhaBor cannot blog herself because her English confirm not so zhai.
Little kids, my grandmother’s England is more powderful than most of you ok! Besides the point, SO WHAT if she doesn’t blog herself? So what if she have filial granddaughters or friends that helps her with blogging? You seriously think that when people write their own autobiography they write every single words themselves??? Maybe they are living in a delusional world. Regardless or not LZB blogs herself or with help from others, I’m sure her blog represents her and I really don’t think people are manipulating her blog to gain some kind of…. advertisement for TV… cause TV got alot of advertisements le.
Besides that, my grandmother uses email, MSN, webcam, skype, scanner, printer, greeting card making softwares, and she even installed that purple buddy annoying animal thing because she thought it’s cute. WHO SAY OLD PEOPLE CANNOT BE TECHNO-SAVVY !
ARGH.
Kids nowadays film themselves doing the weirdest shit and uploading to youtube. But they say it’s disgusting when an elderly women does a comedy sketch and uploads it on youtube because it involved swimming suit and condoms.
The problem with this new-media - internet- is that emotions and feelings are lost in the process of conveying words in black and white to another party. Would any of you morons go up to LZB in person and scold her to her face? I don’t think so. Would someone getting scolded on the internet feel as sad as getting scolded in person… yes, maybe? Then why is it so easy for you to criticize and scold people online… it shouldn’t be so.
You shouldn’t be allowed to scold someone anonymously and close the page forever. You should be given nasty weird stares from passers-by as you would have gotten if you were to confront LZB in public face-to-face. People should be able to witness such a verbal attack on a poor old lady and mutter “shame on you and on your parents” to each other.
Shame on you.
And for you out there that think looks are everything in the world - Yes, including my mother - IT’S NOT AND STOP TRYING TO BRAINWASH ME !!!

Looks =/= happiness
Looks =/= intelligence
Looks =/= money
Looks =/= forever
Looks =/= people like you
Yes, I do admit we all like pretty things… Looks does give you more opportunities and chances… but like money… Looks and money aren’t everything and it can’t buy everything in the world.
Or are you trying to tell me that charities and altruistic people are there ONLY because doing what they do makes them look better?
Do your parents love you only when you’re in health and pretty? Or do they love you unconditionally?
Would you love your husband/wife when they become wrinkly and old… or would you just find a younger partner that is better looking?
A good looking person in African probably have to starve with the rest of them.
But nobody cares…. do they? Telling me, psycho-ing me to believe that the existence of humanity is circled around looking good (according to the social standards of looking good based on which country/era you’re from)…….. I chose not to believe.
